Relationship and Life Coaching
In the 10 years that I have been coaching, it has become very apparent to me that the relationships that we have in our lives play such a pivotal role in how we feel about ourselves, how we interact with others and are instrumental in our confidence to move forward with our lives.
The beliefs that we take on about ourselves often come from a relationship we have had with people we found to be influential in our lives, maybe a parent or a teacher or even later in life a work colleague or boss.
Coaching can help you learn how to eliminate limiting beliefs from past experiences and bring out positive self-belief based on lessons learned from those experiences.
The quality of our romantic relationships are based on our level of self-worth and self-confidence. Give yourself the best chance of a fulfilling loving relationship by establishing what you deserve from your life and your relationships.
Life coaching is guiding someone through the desire to change. The coach is there to nurture the answers from that person that they already have inside. These can be hidden fairly close to the surface or locked deep within.
Life coaching is not about giving advice or telling the client what to do. By finding their own answers the client takes ownership and control of the results which essentially makes these results longer lasting and more powerful.
Life coaches have often been described as a "secret weapon" for their clients. The relationship is completely confidential, giving the client confidence to discuss whatever they wish.
